Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and jilihq ("Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), operated under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms govern your access to and use of the jilihq website located at jilihq.cam, all associated mobile applications, software, and any gaming services provided through these platforms (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account with jilihq, depositing funds, placing wagers, or engaging with any aspect of our Services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you have carefully reviewed these Terms, understand your legal obligations hereunder, and voluntarily consent to be bound by all provisions contained within this agreement. Your continued use of jilihq Services following any modifications to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of such modifications.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the jilihq platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific game rules or promotional terms, the specific terms shall prevail with respect to that particular game or promotion, while these general Terms shall govern all other aspects of your use of jilihq Services.

Eligibility and Account Registration

Eligibility to use jilihq Services is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria without exception:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of account registration, in accordance with Philippine gambling laws and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a legal resident of the Republic of the Philippines or otherwise physically present within Philippine territorial boundaries at the time of accessing jilihq Services.
• You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law, meaning you are not a minor, mentally incapacitated, or otherwise legally restricted from entering contractual agreements.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, banned player list, or otherwise prohibited from participating in gambling activities by PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory authority.
• You must not be accessing jilihq Services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local laws, even if you are a Philippine resident temporarily located elsewhere.

Account registration requires submission of accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile telephone number. You may only register one (1) account per person. Creating multiple accounts, registering under false identities, or allowing others to use your account constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action.

jilihq reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, postal ID, or national ID), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within seven (7) calendar days of request may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Account Security and Responsibilities

You bear sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jilihq account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow others to access your account, or use your account for the benefit of anyone other than yourself. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you shall be held liable for all transactions, wagers, and account actions regardless of whether you personally conducted such activities.

You agree to immediately notify jilihq customer support if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, suspect fraudulent activity, or believe your account security has been compromised. jilihq will investigate such reports and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account to prevent further unauthorized access. However, jilihq shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access that occurs prior to you notifying us of the security breach.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for all hardware, software, and internet connectivity required to access jilihq Services. You must ensure that your devices are protected by up-to-date antivirus software, firewalls, and security patches, and that you access jilihq only through secure internet connections. jilihq strongly recommends against accessing your account through public WiFi networks, shared computers, or any device that may be accessed by unauthorized individuals.

Deposits and Payment Methods

jilihq supports various deposit methods commonly used by Filipino players, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet, over-the-counter payments through authorized payment centers, and credit/debit card transactions processed through secure payment gateways. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. All deposits must originate from payment accounts or financial instruments registered in your own legal name matching the name on your jilihq account.

Deposited funds are credited to your jilihq account balance once payment confirmation is received from the payment processor, typically within minutes for electronic payment methods such as GCash and Maya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers depending on the specific transfer method used. jilihq does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or other costs beyond jilihq's control.

All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your account, except in cases where jilihq determines that funds were deposited in error, credited to the wrong account, or involved in fraudulent activity. You agree not to dispute, chargeback, or reverse any deposits made to jilihq unless you have genuine grounds to believe the transaction was fraudulent or unauthorized. Initiating illegitimate chargebacks or payment disputes constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure, reporting to payment fraud databases, and legal action to recover disputed funds plus associated costs.

Withdrawals and Verification

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of all required identity verification procedures, fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses you have accepted, and compliance with jilihq's anti-money laundering and fraud prevention policies. Withdrawal requests are processed using the same payment method you used for your most recent deposit whenever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations that require funds to be returned through the same channels they were received.

Standard withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Electronic wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) typically process within twelve (12) to twenty-four (24) hours after approval. Bank transfers may require two (2) to five (5) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing procedures. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may be subject to additional verification and enhanced due diligence checks, which can extend processing times by up to seven (7) business days.

jilihq reserves the right to request additional documentation or information prior to approving withdrawals, particularly where transactions exhibit patterns consistent with money laundering, fraud, or other illicit activities. Such requests may include enhanced identity verification, source of funds documentation, or video verification calls. Failure to provide requested information within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal denial and account suspension pending completion of verification procedures.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply based on the selected payment method, typically ranging from PHP 100 to PHP 500. Maximum daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits exist to ensure responsible gaming practices and protect against problem gambling behaviors. High-volume players may request increased withdrawal limits by contacting VIP account management, subject to approval based on account history, verification level, and compliance standing.

Bonuses and Promotional Terms

jilihq offers various bonuses, promotions, and incentives to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the promotional offer, which supplement these general Terms. Bonus terms typically include wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, and time limits within which wagering requirements must be fulfilled.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 35x wagering requirement on a PHP 1,000 bonus means you must wager PHP 35,000 on eligible games before converting bonus funds to withdrawable cash). Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, video poker, and live dealer games may contribute at reduced rates or be entirely excluded from wagering contribution.

jilihq reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel promotional winnings, or forfeit bonus-related funds if we determine that you have violated bonus terms, engaged in bonus abuse, or otherwise attempted to exploit promotional offers contrary to their intended purpose. Prohibited bonus abuse behaviors include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, collusive play with other players to meet wagering requirements, betting opposite outcomes on the same event, and any other strategic play designed to guarantee profits or convert bonuses to cash with minimal risk.

You may opt out of receiving bonuses at any time by contacting customer support or adjusting your account preferences. Once you opt out, any active bonuses on your account will be forfeited along with any winnings generated from bonus funds. You may opt back in to receive bonuses by contacting customer support, though you may not be eligible to claim bonuses that were active during your opt-out period.

Gameplay Rules and Conduct

All games available on jilihq operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment operated by trained dealers in licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined randomly and independently for each round, hand, or spin. Past results have no influence on future outcomes. jilihq does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes in favor of or against any player.

You agree to play all games in good faith for entertainment purposes and to abide by the specific rules governing each game type. Gameplay must be conducted fairly and honestly without the use of any automated tools, bots, software exploits, collusion with other players, or other techniques designed to gain unfair advantage. Use of such prohibited methods will result in immediate disqualification from any winnings, forfeiture of account balance, and permanent account closure.

jilihq reserves the right to void wagers, cancel bets, or decline to pay winnings if we determine that gameplay was affected by technical malfunctions, software errors, or communication failures beyond our control. In such cases, all affected wagers will be voided and stake amounts returned to player accounts. jilihq liability for technical errors is limited to returning the amounts wagered on affected bets; we are not liable for any opportunity costs, loss of potential winnings, or consequential damages arising from technical malfunctions.

Certain bet types, betting patterns, or gameplay strategies may be restricted or prohibited under specific promotional terms or game rules. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable restrictions before placing wagers. Common restrictions include maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, prohibited betting patterns such as hedging strategies, and game-specific rules that may vary by software provider or table limits.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms, resulting in immediate account termination and potential legal consequences:

• Underage gambling: Attempting to access jilihq Services if you are under twenty-one (21) years of age or assisting minors in accessing gambling services.
• Identity fraud: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or account maintenance; using another person's identity or documents; or creating accounts under fictitious identities.
• Money laundering: Using jilihq Services to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes; depositing funds derived from illegal activities; or structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonuses or promotions contrary to their intended purpose; creating multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times; or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional terms.
• Collusion and cheating: Collaborating with other players to gain unfair advantages; sharing gameplay information during live games; or using external assistance including bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to make gameplay decisions.
• Payment fraud: Using stolen credit cards, compromised payment accounts, or fraudulent payment methods; initiating illegitimate chargebacks; or reversing legitimate transactions without valid grounds.
• Account sharing: Allowing others to access your account, sharing login credentials, or using your account for the benefit of third parties.
• Abusive behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players, dealers, or jilihq staff; using offensive language in chat functions; or engaging in any conduct that disrupts the gaming experience for others.

jilihq maintains comprehensive fraud detection systems and actively monitors player accounts for suspicious activity patterns. Any player suspected of engaging in prohibited activities will be subject to investigation, during which account access may be suspended and withdrawals may be restricted pending completion of the investigation. If prohibited activities are confirmed, jilihq reserves the right to close the account, confiscate all balances, report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities, and pursue legal remedies including civil claims for damages.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on jilihq Services, including but not limited to software code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, video, game designs, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of jilihq, its licensors, or its game content providers, and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and trade secret protections.

By using jilihq Services, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, software, or services obtained from jilihq without express written permission from jilihq or the relevant rights holder.

The jilihq name, logo, and all related branding elements are trademarks of jilihq and may not be used in connection with any product or service not provided by jilihq, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits jilihq. Unauthorized use of jilihq trademarks may violate trademark laws and subject you to legal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jilihq and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of jilihq Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer or mobile device damage, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if jilihq has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall jilihq's total aggregate liability to you for all claims, damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the total amount you deposited to your jilihq account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some or all of these limitations may not apply to you.

jilihq is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from third-party services including payment processors, internet service providers, telecommunications carriers, game content providers, or other external service providers. Your use of third-party services integrated with jilihq is governed by the terms and conditions of those third-party providers, and any disputes related to third-party services must be resolved directly with the applicable third party.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of jilihq Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations with jilihq customer support. If direct negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration administered by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. in accordance with its arbitration rules then in effect. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing arbitration provisions, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, or other proprietary rights. The arbitration requirement does not preclude either party from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction.

Modifications to Terms

jilihq reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and may additionally notify you through email, account notifications, or prominent notices on the jilihq website. Your continued use of jilihq Services following the posting of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree with any modifications to these Terms, you must immediately cease using jilihq Services and may request account closure by contacting customer support. Continued use of jilihq Services after changes become effective indicates your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified Terms.

jilihq may also modify game rules, payment methods, bonus terms, or other operational aspects of the platform from time to time in response to regulatory requirements, technological developments, or business considerations. Significant changes affecting player rights or obligations will be communicated through appropriate channels with reasonable advance notice whenever feasible.
